Ordering, Shipping & Returns

We offer free standard shipping on orders of $75 or more within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed on the next business day. A signature is required for orders over $200.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. While delivery times are not guaranteed, packages typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days after processing.
For shipments to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping fees apply based on your order total:

- $50.01 – $100 → $30 shipping fee
- $100.01 – $150 → $40 shipping fee
- $150.01 – $200 → $50 shipping fee

Yes. Expedited shipping is available through USPS Express Mail or UPS, with guaranteed next-day or 2-day delivery depending on your location. To arrange expedited shipping, please call us at 888.400.5454 between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM PST. Additional shipping charges will apply.
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (with additional shipping fees; see our shipping charges above). At this time, we are unable to ship internationally. For customers outside the U.S., we recommend checking with our authorized international retailers for availability.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. If we can get your order to you faster, at no additional cost, using an alternative carrier, we'll do so automatically.

We'll do our best to update the shipping address before it leaves our facility. If your order has already shipped, you'll need to contact the carrier directly to arrange a redirect.
We stand behind our products 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at 888.400.5454 to request a return label. Please send the product back in its original packaging along with a copy of your invoice and your contact information so we can expedite the process.

For Luxe Gift items (curated gift sets that include products from other prestige brands), exchanges and returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Items must be in original, unopened packaging. Items that have been used, altered, or returned incomplete will not be refunded.

Subscription
Our subscription program makes it easy to keep your family's favorite Noodle & Boo products stocked at home. Learn how subscriptions work, how to manage your deliveries, and how to update or cancel your subscription at any time.
Our subscription program lets you set up automatic deliveries of your favorite Noodle & Boo products at a frequency you choose, so you never run out. Subscribers save 5% on every subscription item, and you're only charged when your order ships. You have full control to change your delivery frequency, next order date, or product quantity at any time through 'My Subscriptions' in your account. We also send an email reminder before each order ships, and you can skip or cancel at any time.
On any eligible product page, select the "Subscribe" option, choose your preferred delivery frequency, and check out as normal. Your subscription will begin with that first order.
Log in to your account and visit 'Manage Subscriptions.' From there, you can update your next order date, change your delivery frequency, swap products, or cancel, all before your next scheduled shipment.
Once you subscribe, your account's Subscriptions section becomes your control center for managing future orders and account details. We'll automatically place orders according to your selected frequency and send you an email reminder before each one. You'll also receive notifications if an item goes out of stock, if your subscription is canceled, or when an order is placed successfully.
You can cancel online at any time. Go to the Subscriptions section of your account, select 'Cancel' on the subscription you'd like to end, and provide a brief reason. You'll receive a confirmation email once your subscription has been canceled.
All subscription orders require a credit card as the payment method.

Yes. All Noodle & Boo products are hypoallergenic, pediatrician-tested, and dermatologist-tested. Our formulas undergo rigorous clinical and safety testing and are never tested on animals. Every ingredient is carefully reviewed before being included in a formula, and we require substantial safety data before introducing any new ingredient. Our preservative system is designed to be effective at the lowest possible concentration, helping keep formulas gentle while protecting against bacteria and mold.
We offer both fragranced and fragrance-free options across our product line, so you can choose what works best for your family. Our fragrances are clinically tested for sensitive skin and do not contain phthalates, benzene, or toluene. Each fragrance ingredient is added at the minimum effective level to reduce the risk of irritation. For babies or family members with heightened sensitivities, allergies, or asthma, our fragrance-free collection provides the same gentle care without any added scent. Our Lavender and Fragrance-Free products are also dairy-free and vegan.
Noodle & Boo is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we never will. Many of our products are also vegan and dairy-free, including our entire Lavender and Fragrance-Free lines. Products that contain hydrolyzed casein (milk protein) are not vegan but are clearly labeled as such. We're also committed to environmentally responsible practices, including recyclable, non-toxic, and biodegradable packaging, and we partner with manufacturers who use renewable materials and green manufacturing operations.
Yes. Our formulas are specifically developed for use on newborns and infants with sensitive skin. Products like our Newborn Hair & Body Wash and Soothing Body Wash are soap-free, tear-free, and pH-balanced for a newborn's delicate skin. They're mild enough for daily use from day one. That said, every baby's skin is different. If your newborn has a specific skin condition or you have concerns, we always recommend consulting your pediatrician before introducing any new product.

Between baths, you can gently spot-clean with a soft, damp cloth, focusing on the face, neck folds, hands, and diaper area. Gentle, baby-specific products can be used from day one if needed, especially if you notice dry skin. Noodle & Boo's Newborn 2-in-1 Hair & Body Wash is formulated to be safe from a baby's very first bath: it's soap-free, tear-free, and enriched with provitamin B5 and vitamin E to nourish without stripping moisture. The best prevention is frequent diaper changes, ideally as soon as a diaper is wet or soiled. Gently clean the area with a soft cloth or mild wipe, pat (don't rub) dry, and apply a barrier cream with zinc oxide to protect against moisture. Noodle & Boo's Best Diaper Rash Ointment combines non-nano zinc oxide with soothing aloe, allantoin, and bisabolol to create a protective barrier while calming irritated skin. It's free of steroids, preservatives, and dyes. If a rash worsens, spreads, or is accompanied by fever, contact your pediatrician.
Cradle cap (seborrheic dermatitis) is very common in newborns and usually resolves on its own. To help manage it, gently wash your baby's scalp with a mild shampoo like Noodle & Boo's Extra Gentle Shampoo, using a soft brush or washcloth to loosen flakes. You can also apply a small amount of Ultimate Ointment to the scalp before shampooing to help soften crusting. Avoid picking at flakes, as this can irritate the skin.
