How does the Noodle & Boo loyalty program work?
Earn points as you care for your baby, learn, and share with other moms, then turn them into rewards you can use toward future purchases.
What can I use my points for?
Redeem your points for rewards like savings on your order, or choose to share the care by gifting to another mom or supporting community initiatives.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay active as long as you continue to engage, with a 12-month rolling window that refreshes each time you earn or redeem.
When do I get my referral reward?
You'll receive your 1000 points reward (valued at $10) once your friend makes their first purchase of $85 or more.
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account.
Are rewards automatically applied at checkout?
Simply redeem your points for a voucher in your account, then apply it at checkout when you're ready.
What happens if I refer a friend, and they cancel or return their order?
If a referred purchase is cancelled or returned, the referral points linked to that order will no longer be awarded and will be removed from your account.
Can I use my points directly in the checkout?
To use your points, exchange them for a voucher in the Rewards section, then copy the voucher code and apply at checkout.
How long does it take to receive my points?
For some activities, you will get the points instantly, or after you refresh your screen. Other activities may have a waiting period. Even during this waiting period, you should be able to see your points as pending in your History section.
How do I leave the loyalty program?
If you no longer wish to be a part of our Loyalty program, please contact us directly.
